As Managing Director of Masskot Scale I am fully committed
together with my Management Team and Employees to an effective,
implemented business management system which incorporates the
requirements of :- ISO 9001.
· To
meet the expectations and needs of our customers by ensuring
that they are identified and achieved and to continually strive
to exceed them.
As Managing Director I shall ensure the Quality Policy and
Objectives are understood implemented and maintained at all
levels with in the organisation . These shall be reviewed for
their continued stability and effectiveness at the Management
review Meetings.
The Quality Objectives as stated below are directed towards
achieving the Quality Policy.
Quality Objectives (ISO REF 5.4.1)
· Control
of all the activities affecting product quality and the quality
system by establishing clear lines of authority, responsibility
and communication both internally and externally.
· Regular
evaluation and identification of continual internal and external
training needs of all personnel to promote, improve quality and
productivity and to enable them to achieve the quality
objectives appropriates to them .
· Integrate
plans for continual quality improvement with overall business
plans and strategies.
· Utilise
appropriate techniques in all activities to systematically
measure and improve the effectiveness of the quality system .
